Hudson Regional Hospital seeks a System Stroke Program Coordinator (RN) to provide centralized leadership for design, implementation, and certification readiness of our stroke programs across three hospitals. You will manage the certification process, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and oversee performance metrics to ensure high-quality stroke care.

The role requires an RN license in NJ, BSN, and at least 5 years of acute-care experience with stroke program coordination.

Competenze

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in New Jersey or eligibility.
BSN required; MSN/MPH/MHA or related advanced degree preferred.
At least 5 years of progressive acute-care nursing experience; stroke program/quality coordination experience preferred.

Mansioni

Own and maintain system stroke program workplan, governance calendar, milestone tracker, and risk register.
Lead multidisciplinary stroke steering and site workgroups; coordinate engagement and escalation.
Standardize policies, workflows, documentation, transfer agreements, and education.
Collaborate with Quality, Patient Safety, Accreditation, ED, ICU, Neurology, Neurosurgery/Intervention, Radiology, Pharmacy, EMS, Rehabilitation, Case Management, and IT/EHR.
Provide monthly executive updates and elevate patient safety, staffing, and certification risks.
