Job summary

Atlantic Partners Corporation in Paramus, NJ seeks a Stroke Program Manager for a full-time day shift to build and mature the stroke program, including governance, protocols, policies, staffing plans, and education to support Primary Stroke Center certification readiness.

The ideal candidate is an RN licensed in New Jersey with SCRN certification (or eligible to obtain within 24 months) and at least 3 years of stroke care or related experience.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license is required.
• SCRN certification required (can be obtained within 24 months of hire).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant stroke care or related healthcare experience; 5 years preferred.
• Experience leading stroke programs and preparing for stroke-center certification/accreditation.

Job description

Our direct client in the Healthcare Industry is seeking for a Stroke Program Manager - FULL-TIME DAY SHIFT Direct Hire - in Paramus, NJ to build and mature the stroke program, including governance, protocols, policies, staffing plans, education, and Primary Stroke Center certification readiness.

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), Master of Public Health (MPH), or related advanced degree preferred.

Experience

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in stroke care, neuroscience, emergency services, critical care, healthcare quality, or healthcare operations required; five (5) years preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building, expanding, or leading a stroke program and preparing for stroke-center certification/accreditation required.
• Experience in multidisciplinary clinical operations, performance improvement, and service-line development preferred.

Position Requirements

• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) certification required (can be obtained within 24 months of hire)

Salary commensurate with experience

• $120,000-$143,000/Year
