You will manage scheduling, performance evaluations, budget adherence, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, partnering with leadership to advance patient care and program quality across the RWJBarnabas Health network.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• BLS certification current.
• 2-5 years neuroscience population/emergency patient management.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational and administrative oversight of the Stroke Center.
• Staff scheduling, annual evaluations, and coaching.
• Interviews, selection, and performance appraisals for the team.
• Support budget preparation and cost containment efforts.
• Design and implement process improvements with director review.
• Represent the department on hospital committees.
