Primary Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in stroke care, neuroscience, emergency services, critical care, healthcare quality, or healthcare operations required; five (5) years preferred.
Demonstrated experience building, expanding, or leading a stroke program and preparing for stroke‑center certification/accreditation required.
Experience in multidisciplinary clinical operations, performance improvement, and service‑line development preferred.
Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) certification required (can be obtained within 24 months of hire)
$120,000-$143,000/Year
