Job summary

Atlantic Partners Corporation in Paramus, NJ seeks a Stroke Program Manager for a full-time day shift to build and mature the stroke program, including governance, protocols, policies, staffing plans, and education to support Primary Stroke Center certification readiness.

The ideal candidate is an RN licensed in New Jersey with SCRN certification (or eligible to obtain within 24 months) and at least 3 years of stroke care or related experience.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license is required.
• SCRN certification required (can be obtained within 24 months of hire).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant stroke care or related healthcare experience; 5 years preferred.
• Experience leading stroke programs and preparing for stroke-center certification/accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature the stroke program, including governance, protocols, and policies.
• Develop staffing plans and education to support program operations.
• Drive certification readiness for Primary Stroke Center accreditation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to improve performance and outcomes.
