Job summary

Bergen New Bridge Medical Center is seeking a Stroke Program Manager to lead the development and maturation of a comprehensive stroke program. You will oversee governance, protocols, staffing plans, education, and Primary Stroke Center certification readiness, coordinating across EMS, neurology, nursing, radiology and pharmacy to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• RN license in New Jersey required.
• SCRN certification required (can be obtained within 24 months).

Responsibilities

• Build and mature the stroke program with governance, protocols, staffing plans and certification readiness.
• Coordinate the stroke system of care across EMS, Emergency Medicine, Neurology, nursing and related teams.
• Own stroke data, dashboards, reviews, performance-improvement plans and regulatory submissions.
