Qualifications

• 3+ years refactoring legacy code.
• 3+ years enterprise modernization experience.
• 3+ years State or Federal government experience.
• 3+ years RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core and C#.
• 3+ years Microsoft SQL Server design, queries and tuning.
• 3+ years DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and deployment support.
• 5+ years manual and automated SDLC testing.
• 3+ years technical documentation creation.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, CJIS, and NIST regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain financial/administrative apps with Angular.
• Support modernization and migration of legacy apps to modern frameworks.
• Understand architecture, integrations, and interfaces with SCEIS and other platforms.
• Refactor legacy code and identify modernization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
• Support production deployments, upgrades, security patches, and modernization.
• Perform unit, integration, regression, and automated testing.
• Troubleshoot application, database, integration, deployment, and environment issues.
• Create/maintain technical docs for architecture, APIs, and deployment processes.
• Support data integrations and reporting pipelines (Power BI or similar).
• Participate in design reviews, sprints, and Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, infra and other stakeholders.
