Qualifications

• 3+ Years of State or Federal Government Experience
• 3+ Years of RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core and C#
• 3+ Years of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
• 5+ Years of manual and automated system testing
• 3+ Years of creating technical documentation
• Familiarity with data privacy, security standards, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CJIS, NIST)

Responsibilities

• Develop, modernize, and support HR and administrative systems using the Angular framework and DevOps practices
• Design, develop, and maintain application components and integrations
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments
• Perform unit, integration, and automated testing to ensure quality
• Support system upgrades and modernization of legacy applications
• Ensure compliance with agency IT security standards and regulations
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and infrastructure teams
• Create and maintain documentation for APIs, architectures and deployment processes
• Build and optimize components for reporting tools such as Power BI
