Job summary

Stellar Professionals LLC is seeking a System Software Programmer to lead modernization, refactoring, and integration of critical software across admin, finance, and HR domains. You will work across full-stack development, automated testing, database optimization, and DevOps pipelines.

Location: Cayce, SC (Eastern Time Zone). Hybrid arrangement with onsite Day 1 for equipment pickup, then onsite 1x/month to 1x/quarter as needed. Interview process includes 1–2 virtual rounds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years frontend development with Angular/PrimeNG/TypeScript/JS/HTML/CSS.
• 3+ years building RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core and C#.
• 3+ years MS SQL Server data modeling, procedures, and query optimization.
• 3+ years CI/CD, automated builds, and deployment troubleshooting.
• 3+ years refactoring legacy apps to modern platforms.
• 5+ years combined manual and automated testing across SDLC.
• 3+ years in a State or Federal Government IT environment.
• Documentation and security knowledge per NIST 800-53, FISMA, HIPAA.

Location: Cayce, SC (Candidate must reside in the Eastern Time Zone)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite Day 1 for equipment pickup, then onsite 1x/month to 1x/quarter as needed)

Key Required Skills & Qualifications

• Frontend Development: 3 years with Angular , PrimeNG , TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Backend Development: 3 years building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core & C#
• Database Management: 3 years with MS SQL Server (data modeling, stored procedures, and query optimization)
• DevOps & Automation: 3 years creating CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployment troubleshooting
• Modernization & Refactoring: 3 years of experience refactoring legacy code and migrating applications to modern platforms
• Testing & Quality Assurance: 5 years of combined manual and automated testing across the SDLC
• Public Sector Experience: 3 years in a State or Federal Government IT environment
• Documentation & Security: Technical documentation skills and working knowledge of security standards (NIST 800-53, FISMA, HIPAA)

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments
• Experience supporting data pipelines for Power BI or reporting platforms
• Familiarity with SharePoint or enterprise collaboration platforms
