• 3+ years enterprise system modernization experience.
• 3+ years state or federal government experience.
• 3+ years developing web apps with TypeScript/JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
• 3+ years RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core and C#.
• 3+ years with Microsoft SQL Server.
• 3+ years DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds/deployments.
• 5+ years of manual and automated SDLC testing.
• 3+ years creating technical documentation.
• Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain financial and administrative applications using Angular and related tech.
• Understand system architectures and dependencies including interfaces with enterprise platforms.
• Identify gaps, performance issues, and modernization opportunities across legacy systems.
• Implement secure, scalable code and maintain documentation and standards.
• Support all SDLC phases: design, development, integration, deployment, maintenance.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
• Perform unit/integration/regression/automated testing to ensure quality.
• Collaborate on system upgrades and platform modernization projects.
• Create documentation for architecture, APIs, integrations, and deployment processes.
• Support data integrity and reporting needs (Power BI or similar).
• Refactor legacy code and migrate aging apps to modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, sprints, and agile ceremonies.
