Overview

We’re a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the DC/MD/VA region looking for a Senior IT Engineer to be our technical go-to and escalation point. This is a career-defining role with clear upward mobility into technical leadership or management.

Base pay

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Additional compensation

Annual Bonus and Sign-on bonus

What You’ll Do

• Act as Tier 3 escalation for complex issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking.
• Lead end-to-end projects: cloud migrations, Azure deployments, network upgrades, and more.
• Mentor and guide Tier 1–2 technicians, helping them grow their skills.
• Partner directly with clients in a consultative, customer-first approach.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices.

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of hands-on MSP experience (required).
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), scripting, and security solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Bonus: AV systems knowledge.
