What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and develop the L1 support team, managing performance, PIPs, and career growth
Build trusted client relationships and serve as a key technical contact
Manage and troubleshoot diverse IT systems: networks, servers, desktops, phones, cloud services
Monitor and optimize Azure environments for security, compliance, and cost efficiency
Use Intune and other tools for endpoint management, patching, and security enforcement
Handle L1, L2, and some L3 escalations with a focus on Microsoft technologies
Lead projects that improve client security, collaboration, and operational efficiency
