System Administrator (Managed Service Provider)

Base pay range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year

We are a cyber security focused Managed Service Provider with a long history of supporting SMB clients through secure, reliable IT solutions. As a family‑operated MSP, culture, trust, and long‑term growth matter just as much as technical skill. The team is close knit, collaborative, and invests heavily in training and certifications to help engineers grow.

We are hiring a System Administrator with MSP experience to support and maintain client environments across servers, Microsoft 365, networking, and security tools. This role is ideal for a solid Level 2 technician who enjoys owning issues, improving systems, and working closely with both clients and teammates.

What You Will Do

• Support and administer client environments across Windows Server, workstations, and core infrastructure
• Resolve Tier 2 support issues involving servers, Microsoft 365, backups, and connectivity
• Administer Active Directory including users, groups, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP
• Support Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and security settings
• Troubleshoot networking issues involving VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and switching fundamentals
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts, performing proactive maintenance and remediation
• Document work clearly and provide consistent client‑ready communication
• Collaborate with teammates and assist with escalations when needed

What You Bring
