Job summary

The role requires an intermediate level of experience in designing, maintaining, and operating small to medium networks, with focus on reliability, performance, and security. You will manage servers, networks, and user accounts, troubleshoot issues, and support audits while adhering to DoW 8570-M and task-order requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have intermediate level of experience in design, maintenance, and operation of small to medium networks.
• Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting military networks.

Responsibilities

• Manages the functionality and efficiency of computers running on one or more operating systems.
• Assists with routine technical support in network management (software, hardware, configurations, architectures).
• Helps troubleshoot system hardware and software issues to ensure reliability.
• Ensures performance and security meet needs of network users.
• Maintains workflows and upkeep of computer systems, including updating equipment and software to prevent issues.
• Assists with basic hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with standards.
