Job summary

vibehackers is seeking a bilingual English/Korean System Administrator and Service Desk specialist to support U.S. teams and our Korea-based headquarters.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Korean; ability to present to clients and collaborate with U.S. teams and Korea HQ.

Responsibilities

• Provide service desk and user support; troubleshoot and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks including user/access management.
• Maintain system configurations, workflows, and processes; investigate and escalate issues.
