Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Service Desk/Help Desk Operations, IT Operations, Application Support, or System Administration.
• Experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Provide Service Desk / Help Desk support and customer support for users.
• Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks, including user and access management.
• Maintain system configuration, workflows, and process documentation; investigate and elevate issues.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting using Excel and KPI metrics.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation and AI-assisted development workflows; apply prompt engineering techniques to create and optimize AI-assisted processes.
• Apply continuous process improvement with an Agile mindset to QA and system failure issues.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across U.S.-based teams and Korea-based headquarters.
