Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field preferred.
• LEAN manufacturing experience and continuous improvement concepts beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20 direct reports to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Plan and direct department activities to meet safety and throughput goals.
• Coach, motivate and train personnel for optimal performance.
• Identify problems and improvement opportunities, leading improvement events.
• Ensure adherence to labor agreements and production schedules.
