Job summary

ATI is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Albany, Oregon plant. This swing shift role (2 PM–10 PM, Mon-Fri) leads 10–15 direct reports, driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement across production lines.

The successful candidate will train and coach the workforce, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with labor agreements and standard work. Prior union experience and Lean principles are highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, manufacturing, business or related field preferred.
• Union experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 10-15 direct reports to ensure safe, efficient operation and high-quality output.
• Plan and direct department activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Train, coach and motivate personnel; apply leadership to improve performance.
• Monitor processes; identify problems and improvement opportunities; drive corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving with engineering, quality, safety, and union partners.
• Maintain compliance with labor agreements and standard work instructions.
• Create and update production documents reflecting current practices.
• Coordinate training to ensure tasks align with standard work.
