Job summary

ATI Specialty Alloys & Components in Albany, Oregon seeks a Production Supervisor for a swing shift (2 PM–10 PM) to lead a 10–15 person manufacturing team. You will coach, train, and motivate staff, ensure safe operations, and drive quality and on‑time production in collaboration with engineering, quality, safety and a union workforce.

The role requires a HS diploma and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
