Qualifications

• Two to five years’ experience in related production operations with good ability to facilitate team problem solving and communicate both orally and in writing.
• Bachelor's in Engineering and/or Business preferred.
• Training in motivation, problem solving, and group behavior or PCC Certificate program completed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operation to meet production schedules and supervisor directions.
• Adhere to process control procedures and quality control instructions.
• Maintain safe work environment and enforce safety policy.
• Develop, train, and involve employees to improve efficiency, quality, safety and morale.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback as required.
