Job summary

ATI Specialty Alloys & Components in Millersburg, Oregon, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead up to 20 direct reports and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on rotating 12-hour shifts or day shifts.

You will learn ATI processes quickly, collaborate with engineering, quality, safety, and a union workforce, and apply leadership to train, motivate, and improve production operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing practices and continuous improvement concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 20 direct reports to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Plan and direct department activities to obtain safe and efficient operations.
• Identify, plan and lead improvement events.
• Ensure adherence to policies and labor agreement.
• Monitor processes and tasks to identify problems and improvements.
