Job summary

Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium is seeking a 2nd Shift Swing Event Setup Supervisor to oversee event operations and staff during evening and night hours. The role involves hands-on supervisory duties, ensuring rooms and ballrooms are correctly set up, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

You will lead full-time and part-time setup crews, communicate with management, and monitor performance to uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in fast-paced environments such as warehouses, production, or events.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate event staff to ensure duties are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Communicate daily updates and operational issues to management.
• Monitor team performance to meet quality and safety standards.
• Assist in training new employees and cross-training staff.
• Identify and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain productivity.
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members.
• Learn to operate event management software for billing and leadership tasks.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to assess equipment and replacement costs.
