Job summary
Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to join our team. You will work with the Head Swim Team Coach to write and lead group workouts, coach swimmers, and help register new participants while maintaining clean and organized aquatics facilities.
The role requires ASCA/USA Swimming affiliations and lifeguard certifications, with pay starting at $16.00 per hour and up to $19.00, dependent on experience. Training and benefits are provided according to Life Time policy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- ASCA Level 1 Certification or higher preferred.
- Lifeguard certification to StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certified (or equivalent) required.
- Lifeguard certification within 60 days of hire.
- Canada Lifesaving Society Lifeguard certification preferred for Canada locations.
Responsibilities
- Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
- Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach.
- Promotes Life Time products, services and programs.
