Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to work with the Head Swim Team Coach in planning and running group workouts and helping register new participants for the team. You will help maintain the aquatics facilities and support daily operations at Life Time's state-of-the-art pools.

The role requires 1 year of swim coaching experience, ASCA/USA Swimming membership, and Lifeguard/certifications with Lifeguard certification within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Years of Experience: 1 year of swim coaching experience; ASCA and USA Swimming membership.
• Lifeguard certification to StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid Certified (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year, whichever is first). Lifeguard Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach.
• Promotes all Life Time products, services and programs.
