Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to support our fast-paced aquatic program. You will help improve swimmers’ technique, assist the Head Swim Team Coach with group workouts, register new participants, and ensure the aquatics facilities stay clean and organized.

The role requires a year of swim coaching experience, ASCA/USA Swimming membership, and Life Time certification, with the ability to work around the club and assist guests on Life Time products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of swim coaching experience required.
• Must be ASCA member.
• Must be USA Swimming member.
• Must complete Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to bend to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach.
• Promotes all Life Time products, services and programs.
