Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to help athletes improve in our state-of-the-art pools, indoors and outdoors. You will assist the Head Swim Team Coach in creating and leading group workouts and help register new participants.

The role requires 1 year of coaching, ASCA/USA Swimming involvement, and lifeguard readiness. You will support guest inquiries and ensure a safe, clean aquatic environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of swim coaching experience.
• ASCA and USA Swimming memberships.
• Lifeguard Certification or bridge to StarGuard required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the club.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.

Responsibilities

• Offer swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Run daily practices under the head coach.
• Promote Life Time products, services and programs.
