Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to support the Head Swim Team Coach in developing swimmers and organizing workouts at Life Time facilities. You will help register participants and maintain a clean aquatics area, indoors and outdoors as needed.

The role emphasizes coaching, safety certifications, and collaboration with the Head Coach to lead group workouts and daily practices, with opportunities to promote Life Time programs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of swim coaching experience.
• ASCA and USA Swimming memberships.
• Life Time Swim Instructor Certification required.
• Lifeguard certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and move about the club.

Responsibilities

• Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach.
• Promotes Life Time products, services and programs.
