Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to join our fast-paced environment. You will assist the Head Swim Team Coach in writing and leading Swim Team group workouts, register new participants, and help maintain the aquatics facilities.

You will work with ASCA/USA Swimming and Life Time certifications, teaching swimmers and ensuring safety in indoor and outdoor pools. This hourly role offers opportunities for growth and participation in Life Time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of swim coaching experience is required.
• Member of ASCA and USA Swimming is preferred.
• Life Time Swim Instructor Certification must be completed.
• Ability to work stationary and move around the club for prolonged periods.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Offer competitive swimmers opportunities to master technique.
• Run daily practices under the direction of the head coach.
• Promote Life Time products, services and programs.
