Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to help swimmers improve technique and participate in group workouts under the Head Swim Team Coach. The role includes registration support and maintaining pool area cleanliness and safety.

The position requires ASCA/USA Swimming involvement, Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid certifications, and the ability to work a fast-paced schedule in a Life Time facility.

Qualifications

• 1 year swim coaching experience
• ASCA membership
• USA Swimming membership
• Life Time Swim Instructor Certification
• Ability to work stationary and move about the club
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly

Responsibilities

• Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique
• Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach
• Promotes all Life Time products, services and programs
