Swim Instructor Job Duties:

• Manage a wet classroom consistent with SwimRVA's unique teaching platform
• Teach swimming skills and water safety effectively to children and adults
• Incorporate diverse and fun activities into lessons
• Assess participants' swimming skills for appropriate station placement and advancement

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A passion for teaching, water, and aquatics programming
• A desire to grow professionally in aquatics

Salary and Benefits:
