Job Opportunity: Part-Time Swim Instructor

The Chester Family YMCA is seeking enthusiastic and energetic part-time swim instructors to lead swim lessons at our pool. This position offers a starting pay of $14.00 per hour.

Duties of Swim Instructors

As a swim instructor, you will work with small groups of students across various age ranges, employing diverse tools and teaching techniques. Your responsibilities include teaching swimming skills, basic water safety, and embodying the YMCA's core values.

Qualifications

Applicants must have current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications. Certifications such as YMCA, American Red Cross Lifeguard, Ellis & YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor, or WSI are preferred but not mandatory. Certification can be provided if you are not currently certified.
