Do you have a passion for working with children? Would you like to be part of a team of people that are dedicated to teaching kids a life-saving skill? Can you handle an environment filled with a lot of little smiles and an occasional big splash (or two)?

As a Big Blue Team member, you’ll learn to teach young swimmers proper techniques and water safety while providing positive reinforcement to create a fun and exciting experience. With continuous training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team, we create a rewarding environment that is inclusive and fun.

Big Blue Swim School is creating big moments in Michigan with our location in Sterling Heights. Come and join our team in our state-of-the-art facility!

Required Qualifications:

• Loves teaching kids and helping them grow
• Must be available to work weeknights and one weekend day
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time
