Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC is seeking a SVTC Administrator II in Washington, DC. The role requires a current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph, and a strong technical foundation for solving complex VOIP and UC system issues.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, vendor coordination, on-call rotations, and employee training. A Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience are required along with DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNA (or equivalent)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field applicable to the position; an additional 4 years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience beyond education level.
• DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNA (or equivalent) certifications are required.
• Experience in a DoD or IC environment is desirable.
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.

• Provide a high level of technical understanding for problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Interact with hardware and software vendors to address issues as needed.
• Use escalation standards and personal judgment to ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Provide training and support to employees as required.
• Resolve escalated trouble tickets from the Service Desk.
• Work on-call shift rotations with other department members.
• Deploy and troubleshoot VOIP equipment such as Cisco UC equipment.
• Deploy and troubleshoot VOIP tools including Jabber, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, CUCM, and CUC.

Requirements

• Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in addition to education level
• Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNA (or equivalent) certifications
• Experience working in a DoD or IC environment desired
• Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
