Job summary

Invictus International seeks a SVTC Administrator II in Washington, DC, to provide high-level technical problem solving and support across VOIP platforms. You will interact with hardware and software vendors to address issues and escalate when needed, ensuring timely resolution for a DoD/IC environment.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility and a minimum four years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; four years of additional related experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience in IT support
• DoD 8570 IAT II certification and CCNA (or equivalent) required or active
• Experience in a DoD or IC environment preferred
• Must possess current TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain CI polygraph

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical understanding for problem solving and troubleshooting
• Interact with hardware and software vendors to address issues
• Use escalation standards and personal judgment to ensure timely resolution of problems
• Provide training and support to employees
• Resolve escalated trouble tickets from the Service Desk
• Work on-call shift rotations with department members
• Deploy and troubleshoot VOIP equipment such as Cisco UC systems
• Deploy and troubleshoot VOIP tools (Jabber, Teams, WebEx, CUCM, CUC)
