Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC. is seeking a SVTC Administrator II in Washington, DC to provide high-level technical support, troubleshoot VOIP systems, and collaborate with vendors in a DoD/IC environment.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility, a related degree or equivalent experience, and 4+ years of relevant work. You will participate in on-call rotations and support Cisco VOIP infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
Minimum four years of relevant experience.
DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNA (or equivalent) certifications required.
Experience in a DoD or IC environment preferred.
Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

Provide a high level of technical understanding for problem solving and troubleshooting.
Interact with hardware and software vendors to address issues when necessary.
Use escalation standards and personal judgment to ensure timely resolution of problems.
Provide training and support to employees when necessary.
Resolve escalated trouble tickets from Service Desk.
Work on-call shift rotations with other members of the department.
Deploy and troubleshoot VOIP equipment such as Cisco UC equipment.
Deploy and troubleshoot VOIP tools - Jabber, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
