Job summary

Rubicon Grp, LLC seeks a technically adept IT support professional to provide troubleshooting and problem resolution in a DoD/IC environment. You will interact with hardware and software vendors, deploy and support VOIP equipment and tools (CUCM, CUC, Jabber, Teams, WebEx), and handle escalations, training, and on-call duties.

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility is required. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field; 4 years of additional experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience.
• Must possess DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNA (or equivalent).
• DoD or IC environment experience desired.
• Current TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of technical understanding for problem solving and troubleshooting.

• Use escalation standards and personal judgment to ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Provide training and support to employees when necessary.
• Resolve escalated trouble tickets from Service Desk.
• Work on-call shift rotations with other members of the department.
• Deploy and troubleshoot VOIP equipment such as Cisco UC equipment.
• Deploy and troubleshoot VOIP tools - Jabber, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).

Requirements

• Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in addition to education level
• Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNA (or equivalent) certifications
• Experience working in a DoD or IC environment desired
• Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
