This leader will establish scalable readiness, governance, and coordination across Product, Engineering, Security, and Platform teams to drive successful adoption.

The role emphasizes security readiness, executive alignment, and voice of the customer to inform product priorities and go-to-market strategies at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product operations, program management, or platform strategy.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving cross-functional programs at scale.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Platform, AI, automation, APIs, data, security, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience leading NPI and scalable readiness and governance frameworks within large, complex organizations.
• Strong cross-functional influence and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the Cloud Success Platform partnership with a two-way operating model.
• New Product Introduction framework: scale readiness across lifecycle including digital support and enablement.
• Security readiness: embed security considerations early in the lifecycle and go-to-market plans.
• Governance & executive alignment with recurring QBRs and data-driven decisions.
• Cross-functional awareness and go-to-market readiness across product, engineering, security, and customer success.
