Qualifications

• 15+ years in product operations, program management, or platform strategy.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving cross-functional programs at scale.
• Strong experience shaping platform roadmaps and GTM readiness.
• Proven ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for Platform, Security and New Products across Salesforce.
• Establish proactive operating models with Product, Engineering and Security.
• Drive NPI readiness, adoption, and cross-functional governance.
• Align exec-level stakeholders around priorities and roadmaps.
• Shape go-to-market readiness, offers, and customer enablement.
