Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in product operations, program management, or platform strategy.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving cross-functional programs at scale.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform, AI, automation, APIs, data, security, and product lifecycle management.

• Strengthen Cloud Success Platform partnership with two-way operating model and clear feedback loops.
• Lead New Product Introduction framework across product and platform innovation.
• Oversee Security Readiness with CISO and security teams and align GTM plans.
• Establish governance with QBRs and data-driven insights across digital, support, and services.
• Ensure cross-functional awareness and proactive go-to-market readiness across launches.
