Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President of Platform, Security and New Products to lead how Customer Success anticipates adoption of new product innovation and platform evolution.

This role will partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Platform leadership to ensure readiness, adoption, and a proactive go-to-market approach at scale. The leader will translate emerging technologies into workforce and customer readiness requirements, bringing the voice of customers into product

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product operations, program management, or platform strategy.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving cross-functional programs at scale.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Platform, AI, automation, APIs, integrations, data, security, and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to influence Product, Engineering, Security, and Customer Success leaders.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen Cloud Success Platform partnership with two-way operating model and clear communication channels.
• Lead New Product Introduction framework across product and platform innovation for readiness at scale.
• Lead Security Readiness with CISO and Security teams to anticipate programs and plan go-to-market readiness.
• Establish governance and executive alignment with Platform and Security leadership through regular reviews and data insights.
• Identify cross-functional impacts and shape go-to-market readiness across offers, digital, support, and enablement.
