Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President who will lead Platform, Security and New Products readiness across adoption and innovation at scale.
The role requires shaping a proactive operating model with Product, Engineering, Security, and Platform leadership, ensuring customer readiness and successful go-to-market for new innovations, while aligning voice of the customer to product strategy.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in product operations, program management, or platform strategy with 5+ years in senior leadership driving cross-functional programs at scale.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, AI, automation, APIs, integrations, data, security, and product lifecycle management.
- Proven experience leading NPI and building scalable readiness and governance frameworks within large, complex organizations.
- Experience diagnosing and fixing upstream engagement gaps in release/readiness processes.
- Experience balancing security urgency with support capacity and customer impact.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen the Cloud Success Platform partnership with early visibility into platform and product changes.
- Lead New Product Introduction framework across product and platform innovation, embedding readiness across lifecycle.
- Partner with Security teams to anticipate programs and ensure readiness before launch.
- Establish recurring executive alignment and governance with data on readiness and opportunities.
- Maintain a broad, cross-functional view to shape go-to-market readiness and ensure proactive launches.
