This leader will align Product, Engineering, Security, and Cloud Success to ensure scalable adoption and a voice of the customer across decisions. Qualifications

15+ years in product operations, program management, or platform strategy.
5+ years in a senior leadership role driving cross-functional programs at scale.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Platform, AI, automation, APIs, integrations, data, security, and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Establish a proactive two-way operating model between Cloud Success and product teams.
Scale an enterprise-wide NPI framework with readiness and enablement across lifecycle stages.
Lead security readiness with CISO and security teams for pre-launch readiness.
Set governance and executive alignment through recurring QBRs and data-driven insights.
Coordinate cross-functional awareness and go-to-market readiness for launches.
