Salesforce is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead Platform, Security and New Products, shaping readiness and adoption across product innovations, platform evolution, and security programs. You will align Product, Engineering, and Security to ensure scalable readiness and a strong customer voice informs prioritization.

The role focuses on building a proactive, governance-driven operating model, driving early visibility into changes, and integrating readiness throughout the lifecycle from

Competenze

• 15+ years in product operations, program management, or platform strategy, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving cross-functional programs at scale.
• Education: Degree or equivalent relevant experience required (industry experience considered).
• Experience anticipating security mandates and balancing security with support capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform, AI, automation, and security concepts.

Mansioni

• Lead how Customer Success anticipates and enables adoption of new product innovations, Salesforce Platform evolution, acquisitions, security mandates, and AI-driven change.
• Establish a proactive operating model with Product, Engineering, Security (CISO) and Platform leadership for NPI tracking, readiness, enablement, and adoption.
• Translate innovation into workforce and customer readiness requirements and ensure capabilities, skills, processes, and tooling to support change at scale.
• Bring the voice of the customer back into Product and Platform using insights, data, and market signals to influence product priorities and customer experience.
• Build and shape strategy, operating model, and capabilities to position Cloud Success ahead of innovation pace.
• Strengthen Cloud Success Platform partnership with early visibility into platform/product changes and clear communication channels.
• Strengthen and scale an enterprise-wide NPI framework across Salesforce product and platform innovation with readiness built in across lifecycle.
• Make security and trust foundational to the NPI lifecycle, collaborating with CISO and Security teams to plan and communicate security rollouts.
