You’ll build scalable NPI tracking and enablement, aligning Product, Engineering, and Security to customer success. You will translate insights from customers and frontline teams into product priorities, ensuring secure and seamless adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product operations, program management, or platform strategy.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving cross‑functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish two‑way operating model with Product, Engineering, Security and Platform leaders to enable readiness and adoption.
• Lead NPI readiness framework with lifecycle coverage including digital support, enablement, and go‑to‑market planning.
• Ensure security readiness and trust across the go‑to‑market lifecycle with cross‑functional teams.
• Set governance and executive alignment through recurring QBRs using customer and performance data.
• Anticipate platform changes and shape cross‑functional go‑to‑market motions early.
