Job summary

Enboarder seeks a Senior Vice President, Platform, Security and New Products to shape how Customer Success anticipates and enables adoption of new product innovation, Salesforce platform evolution, acquisitions, and AI-driven change across customers.

This role leads cross-functional readiness with Product, Engineering, Security, and Platform leadership to build scalable NPI tracking, readiness, and go-to-market enablement, ensuring security principles are embedded from the outset and customer

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product operations, program management, or platform strategy.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving cross-functional programs at scale.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Platform, AI, automation, APIs, security, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience building scalable NPI readiness and governance frameworks in large organizations.
• Experience anticipating and mitigating security mandates and their operational impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud Success readiness for new product innovation, platform evolution, acquisitions, and AI-driven change.
• Establish a proactive operating model with Product, Engineering, Security, and Platform leadership for readiness and adoption.
• Ensure security principles are embedded early and customer voices guide priorities.
• Foster governance and executive alignment through regular QBRs and cross-functional influence.
• Connect product, platform, security, and GTM teams to design launches with readiness built in.
