Zenith, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Vice President, Paid Social Media, to lead paid social performance for a client portfolio from our New York area offices. The role requires driving campaigns across major social platforms and delivering measurable business outcomes while maintaining top client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in paid/social roles, strong leadership, and financial acumen, with a track record of growing revenue and leading high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, concentration in business, marketing or advertising preferred.
• 12+ years of account management experience in paid Social, Digital Media or Performance media.
• CPG experience highly recommended.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience running large-scale paid social campaigns and delivering business goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent the agency.

Responsibilities

• Oversees fiscal accountability for budgeting, forecasting, and targets.
• Defines the go-to-market paid social strategy and a test-and-learn agenda.
• Champions strong client relationships as primary contact and senior advisor.
• Leads and develops VP/Director level performers and contributes to succession planning.
• Identifies growth opportunities to champion Publicis solutions for client initiatives.
• Coordinates cross-channel integration with analytics, operations, media, and brand teams.
