Job summary

24 Seven Talent seeks a Head of Stores to lead a high-growth national retail business, overseeing a large North American store fleet across three regions and reporting to the leadership team. You will guide regional field leadership, store operations, visual merchandising, and store construction to shape the store experience.

Responsibilities

• Performance, profitability, and operational excellence across a high-volume, multi-region retail store fleet.
• Regional field leadership and a team of approximately six to seven direct reports.
• Store operations, visual merchandising, construction, and fleet optimization.
• Growth plans of five to ten new stores annually.
• Leadership development, talent succession, and a high-performing field organization.
