The Head of Retail Sales will drive bold sales plans, coach Stylists, and partner with merchandising and marketing to maximize profitability while keeping stores energized. The position requires extensive travel to stores nationwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading retail sales in fashion or apparel
• Strong in sales strategy, client management, and team motivation
• Experience with data analytics and retail technology
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred; willingness to travel frequently
• Ready for frequent travel and fast-paced, high-energy environment

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy across 40 stores and set ambitious targets
• Establish clienteling metrics and grow the client book
• Train and motivate Stylists to exceed sales goals
• Use Endear and StoreForce for real-time insights and reporting
• Travel 50–75% to coach stores and roll out initiatives
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and operations
• Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and influence pricing/promotions
• Drive customer loyalty and repeat business across locations
