Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking a Regional Director to lead up to 40 retail locations. You will coach Field Operations Managers, drive regional performance, and partner with People Ops to optimize hiring and development.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in stores and delivering consistent customer service across the region. The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of multi-unit leadership, strong analytics, and the ability to manage labor and costs across dispersed sites.

Qualifications

Seven to ten years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail, service, merchandising, or related operating environment.
Proven ability to develop leaders, build succession pipelines, improve performance, and deliver results across multiple locations.
Strong business and analytical skills, with ability to translate performance data into practical action.
Experience managing labor, staffing, operating costs, and performance across a geographically dispersed team.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power BI, ADP Workforce Now, or SubItUp is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead regional performance across sales, execution, labor efficiency, quality, safety, compliance, engagement, and retention.
Directly lead and develop Field Operations Managers to become stronger people managers and business leaders.
Ensure Store Managers lead daily operations, maintain store standards, and strengthen customer partnerships.
Use data and field observations to identify performance gaps, address root causes, and scale best practices across the region.
Build a strong leadership pipeline through talent assessment, succession planning, development plans, and coaching.
Oversee regional workforce planning and labor strategy, balancing business needs, staffing resources, and cost discipline.
Maintain regular in-store presence to validate performance, coach leaders, and understand team and customer needs.
Partner with People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Training, and other teams to improve hiring, development, engagement, performance, and execution.
Manage significant operational, people, and customer escalations beyond the Field Ops Manager’s scope.
Lead consistent execution of safety, compliance, timekeeping, and risk-management across the region.
