Ladders is seeking a Senior Vice President, Store Operations to lead a broad store operations network based in Atlanta. This executive will translate enterprise strategy into clear priorities, shaping customer experience, compliance, and profitability across a geographically diverse footprint.

The role requires steering cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership, setting the vision, and driving long-term growth in a dynamic manufacturing and automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in complex retail or operations environments.
• Experience managing large, geographically diverse teams and operations.
• Track record of achieving results through operational excellence and performance management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue and profitability oversight.
• Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for store operations, aligning with business goals.
• Lead and mentor six Regional Vice Presidents in performance and execution.
